The bottom line of music is theory
Mark is comfortable playing driving roles behind the scenes in music and business. He accelerated live performance experience at fifteen years old mostly at the University of Detroit / Marygrove Theater Department as a multi-instrumentalist. On the eve of touring in the late 70's on keyboards, he won a Bachelor of Jazz Performance Major scholarship from the Montreux Jazz Festival on trombone and studied under Joseph Skrzynski of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra at Henry Ford College. The next year he won another on piano performing Jeff Lorber Fusion “[click] Rain Dance” from Water Sign at Wayne State University.
His instinctual understanding of music theory opened avenues to expanded life studies and experiences including technical analysis, arbitrage and trading at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, and the London International Financial Futures Exchange. Mark was a guest speaker at School of Economics on technical analysis. Mark remains actively involved in Business Development, Banking, Financial Advisory, Engineering, Philosophy and is a Licensed Advisor for Humana.
